I understand I represent the Smack Organization at all times including, but not limited to, meetings, press conferences, and events and any misconduct may lead to my removal from the event and disqualification without refund

I agree that the Smack Organization requires promotion of myself and affiliated events. If I am chosen to participate, I will be supplied with promotional materials. Any personally created marketing materials using Smack Organization logos must be approved by the promotion prior to any posting or distribution
